USING FOLVIRA

Terms of Use.

Effective 1 October 2026

These terms cover the free Folvira early preview. Paid membership is not available yet. Final pricing, renewal, cancellation and payment terms will be published before payments open.

Service operator

Folvira is operated by Martin Molek, IČO 09525360, with registered address at Sibiřská 369, 403 31 Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your account secure and use Folvira only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of photographs, logos, text and other content you upload. You give Folvira the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content to provide the workspace. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use and publish your content.

Folvira content

Folvira’s interface, branding, templates, guides, filters and curated collection are protected materials. Access to an asset does not transfer ownership. Any download or reuse rules shown with a library asset apply in addition to these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use Folvira to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing content; attempt to access another member’s account or files; disrupt or probe the service; bypass feature limits; or resell the service or its collection without written permission.

Preview availability

The preview may change, contain errors or be interrupted while features are being prepared. We may modify or remove preview functionality. Download finished work you need to keep. Nothing on the preview guarantees that a planned feature or paid plan will launch on a particular date.

Reposts

Monthly Instagram reposts are a planned Pro benefit and are not guaranteed in the free preview. When available, submissions will be reviewed and may be declined. Follower counts do not guarantee views, engagement or follower growth.

Ending access

You may stop using Folvira at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these terms or comply with law. For account deletion, use the privacy request option under Help & support.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free preview is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer and data protection rights.
