Who controls your information
Folvira is operated by Martin Molek, IČO 09525360, with registered address at Sibiřská 369, 403 31 Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic. Martin Molek is the controller of personal information processed through Folvira.
Information we process
When you create an account, we process your email address, display name and sign-in information. If you use Google sign-in, Google provides the account details needed to authenticate you. We store your editor settings, saved designs and the images or logos you choose to save. Support messages, repost requests and basic technical diagnostics are stored when you submit them or when the signed-in workspace reports an error.
Why we use it

- To save and restore your designs across signed-in devices.
- To provide support and review repost requests.
- To diagnose failures and protect the service.
- To meet legal obligations and respond to privacy requests.
What diagnostics include
Technical reports contain the page, a short error message, browser information and your account identifier. They do not include your design content or uploaded images. Folvira limits automatic reports from each page session.
Service providers
Folvira uses Supabase for authentication, database and private file storage, Cloudflare for website delivery and security, GitHub for source deployment, and Google when you choose Google sign-in. Each provider processes information under its own security and privacy terms.
Retention and security
Saved designs remain until you delete them or your account is deleted. Support and security records may be kept for a reasonable period needed to resolve issues and protect the service. Private design files use access rules tied to your signed-in account. No online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can delete individual saved designs in the workspace. For access, correction, export, objection or account deletion requests, open Help & support in your Folvira workspace and choose Privacy or account request. We will verify the request through your signed-in account.
Changes
We may update this policy as Folvira develops. The effective date at the top will change when material updates are made.
